Pancentric Digital appoints new Head of Experience from Lastminute.com

Liz joins Pancentric Digital from Lastminute.com where she held the position of European Usability Manager/ Lead Information Architect. Liz was instrumental in developing lastminute.com’s customer experience focus, introducing usability testing and consistently championing the benefits, to the point where it is now fully integrated into the design cycle.
Liz takes on a strong portfolio of clients at Pancentric Digital, including Cadbury, Burger King, BBC, AXA, RSA, IPC Media, Pepsico and Learn Direct.
